Manual Inspection

GDO understands that the visual inspection by operators is a process that cannot be replaced that easibly. On the one hand because of compliancy of existing production processes and on the other hand because of production volumes.

In current production processes the stereo microscope still plays a central role and is slowly being replaced by digital microscopes, whereby in both cases, the operator still performs the visual inspection.
