NSI-7 Stent Inspection

Any inspection data such as pass and reject images, dimensions, and production parameters can be stored and attached to the product ID or production batch ID. Statistical tools allow you to make e.g. Pareto analyses on your data, which can be useful for process improvement.

Gives you the opportunity to test batches of stent data offline and optimize your parameter settings without interfering with production.

Measures the thickness of a coating on certain pre-defined locations of the stent.

Finds discolorations caused by foreign matter or other process influences.

No more operator handling after inspection. Stents are automatically placed in a blister and sealed before they leave the machine.

Can only be purchased in combination with the Blister Packaging as it automatically places a label with batch information on the blister.

Allows the operator to login with his or her company ID. The NSI-7 user database can be connected to your central user database were all user access levels can be fixed.

This infeed system includes trays with automatic mandrel loading. The operator only places the stents loosely in a tray and the rest is done automatically. The infeed has capacity for approx. 1000 2mm OD 50mm length stents.

For any special project the GDO team is ready to get the best result.

Includes certified calibration tools and calibration protocols for every specific module. Trained personnel can perform calibration without the support of GDO.

GDO will provide support for qualification and validation of the machine, including validation plan, IQ, OQ and Gage RR.
