Any inspection data such as pass and reject images, dimensions, and production parameters can be stored and attached to the product ID or production batch ID. Statistical tools allow you to make e.g. Pareto analyses on your data, which can be useful for process improvement. The batch number can be scanned with a hand scanner at the beginning of the production process. Within the machine registry every product gets a unique ID, which is coupled to the inspection Mandrel. After inspection all data is stored with this unique product ID.
